There is nothing more fabulous than getting outdoors on a crisp, autumnal Sunday morning to photograph a beautiful family.
Enjoying the canalside at Tameside, Greater Manchester
Adam, Natalie and Henry took me on an adventure in Tameside, Greater Manchester. We meandered through the woods and Henry loved jumping and splashing in every puddle he could. The ground was a little damp from overnight rain but Natalie and Adam embraced the circumstances and collected beautiful orange, red and yellow leaves to throw over Henry. I couldn’t believe that I captured the precise moment a leaf fell on Henry’s head!! I am sure that you will agree that Henry is such a cheerful, content little boy with such an infectious smile.
We explored along the canal path and kept an eye out for trains passing by in between photos. We also took the opportunity to dress up for Christmas so that Natalie and Adam can share some festive pictures with loved ones.
And this has never happened before!
As we stopped for a final few photos to draw the session to a close, I could see a dog running towards us. Not a problem I deliberated, we often have dogs (and people!) come to see what is going on. Oh, no, not this time! The dog decided to come over and wee on my camera bag, ooops! Well, that was a first and hopefully last!
